Account Executive
A European CPaaS player who are growing globally and expanding their US sales team as a result.
The Challenge
The company were at a point in their growth where the US VP Sales needed further sales support. Having not used recruiters before, they relied on us to provide salary benchmarking and suitable candidates for the region.
The Approach
Knowing the competitor landscape well, expand got to work on identifying relevant candidates across the US using targeted approaches. We were able to submit a number of profiles of suitable candidates quickly.
The Numbers
189 candidates were identified with 3 candidates shortlisted. One hire was made within 5 weeks of the project starting.
The Outcome
The candidate came from a competitor and understood the Mid-Market CPaaS/SaaS sales space very well. They had always had the ambition of joining a European HQ’d company so both parties are very happy!
