The Challenge

SMS Highway partnered with Aidan Walker from expand group to support them in their SMS business transformation in attracting new talent. The CEO and CFO briefed Aidan and they discussed the main objectives - build a first class leadership team to support the CEO and CFO. We agreed that they required a CCO and CMO to continue driving revenue in the aggregation and PaaS business, and to drive business in the monetisation.

The project was successfully completed and two executives were hired.
