Projects – Exciting business growth and product development
In November 2013 we were introduced to Media iQ via a leading ad-tech client who recommended us as a strategic recruitment partner. Media iQ had been searching for a Product Manager in London and the role had been proving a particular challenge. Initially utilising our Connect product, we demonstrated capability against three other agencies. We delivered a shortlist of four candidates within two weeks and Media IQ was able to make a hire that had been proving to be a business headache.
The successful candidate hired achieved significant impact with a new mobile product and was later relocated by Media IQ to New York to help further improve the product offering in the U.S. Media iQ then asked us to identify and deliver Marketing and Sales candidates for the London office, so, using our responsive Connect product again we delivered six candidates from our network, making two appointments within a short period of time. This allowed Media iQ to continue its rapid growth in the EMEA market and begin to deliver its message to trade associations.
