Where did it start:
Ryan is a graduate of Solent University where he studied Sports and Exercise Science. Before joining expand he spent nine years in the insurance sector as a sales leader and learning and development specialist. He is a father of a young family and joined expand to benefit from our 'hard work gets rewards' culture.
Journey so far:
Having joined expand in February 2022 he is still pretty early in his journey with us. That said he has taken to it quickly and is already making an impact having whizzed though the initial training program.
What’s happening now:
Ryan is supporting one of the Directors in managing one of our largest accounts on a year long project to hire over 100 people. It's a massive task but he has jumped in with both feet and is already taking making a huge impact.
Where next:
Its all about market knowledge and building a network for Ryan. He is busy building new relationships in the Telecomms sector; a market that expand has specialised in for over 20 years and building up his knowledge of how the recruitment process works. Early signs are very positive and it won’t be long until Ryan is managing his own client relationships and applying his extensive sales skills in a new environment.
