Account Director - Major Accounts New Business

Up to £60,000 Base + £20,000 to £30,000 Commission Target + up to $40,000 RSU Target

Expand have entered a retained partnership with a leading provider of communications infrastructure services to search and select an Enterprise Account Director.

A global provider of fibre and bandwidth connectivity, colocation and cloud services to the world’s leading businesses, this company provides clients with flexible, customised solutions and self-service through an innovative online platform for managing and purchasing bandwidth and services. The Account Director will develop customer relationships and drive sales of Bandwidth Infrastructure to large enterprise companies.

Key Responsibilities


  • Achieve sales and revenue growth targets through consistent account management activities as well as acquiring new accounts.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the leadership team through aggressive prospecting and selling.
  • Report to the Director of Sales.

Required qualification

  • Telecoms, IT or Technology sales experience essential
  • A track record of success of winning new business
  • Ability to structure growth and retention activities from strategic accounts
  • A passion to succeed and to be part of a high performing team
  • Strong influencing and persuasive skills
  • Demonstrable business acumen
