I am hiring for an Account Manager responsible overseeing and developing the EMEA region for a global mobile operator representative focused on accelerating the delivery of new connected devices and services in the IoT. This is a long-term permanent role with significant opportunity for further development.
You will need to have experience of generating revenues through a variety of products. Ideally having worked in an international environment before and have willingness to travel globally, sometimes at short notice.
- Management of a specific portfolio and driving of revenues from new EMEA-based clients through a selection of packages, including Exhibitions sales, Sponsorship, Venue Advertising, App sales and Digital Media.
- Selling over the phone and face to face at meetings and events.
- Global travel to conferences, events and meetings.
- Liaison with multiple stakeholders, marketing, operations, customer service and finance within the company.
- Leadership and motivational qualities.
- Experience of Conference & Exhibition sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- An understanding of the mobile and wider technology ecosystem.
- Ability to provide logical solutions to problems.
- Knowledge of another European language (desirable)
- Portfolio management with ability to generate new leads autonomously and proactively.
