Our client has a unique offering, solving real network issues on an enterprise and SMB scale. They are looking for an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the company’s customers.
- Onboarding of new client, ensuring success for all parties.
- Upsell and growth of accounts based on product knowledge & clients’ needs
- Forecasting and tracking of key account metrics
- Conducting business reviews with clients whilst tracking follow up items.
- Strong background in lead generation and prospecting
- A minimum of 1-2 years professional experience with a further 1-2 years in closing of software sales
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies.
- SaaS experience a plus, a passion for cloud technologies is a must
