This role will play an integral part in growing existing business through strategic insights presentation, delivering best-in-class service for clients and upholding internal operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver insight reports that focus on analyzing and solving brands’ business challenges
  • Build strategic relationships with individual agency teams, while acting as the day-to-day point of contact for existing and new business
  • Strategize with Sales Leads in pre-sale periods to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business
  • Partner with Operations teams in post-sale periods to ensure flawless execution of campaign deliverables
