They are looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Sales to pioneer and grow their NY based Sales team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Sales will play a key role in expanding the US based sales operation and attracting top talent to join the team. My client is extremely passionate about building one of the best SaaS sales teams in the industry, so they maintain a high bar for excellence when hiring.   • Build and manage a team of top performing Account Executives
  • Continuously arm the team with the tools and support they need to succeed & overachieve
  • Deliver ongoing coaching and training sessions to ensure the team continues to develop

  • Effective sales forecasting and pipeline management
