  • Service Desk
  • Automation
  • Service Now
  • Report/KPIs
  • Telephony systems – supporting conference rooms

Required qualification

  • Soft Skills across all disciplines
  • SCCM
  • Desktop imaging
  • Someone who thinks ‘Globally’ but acts ‘locally’
  • Global Experience
