Develop growth strategy, partnership and alliance model for SI’s in Europe; establish engagement and relationship model; drive 360-degree relationships with key strategic clients covering sell-to, sell-through, sell-with, and facilitating buy-from.
- Finalise and define go-to-market strategy for the SI’s identified within the appropriate target market for this company’s portfolio
- Be aware of performance trends in key SI accounts/target accounts
- Regular review of these accounts and the strategy of the business unit
