We are working with a fast growing Fintech business in New York, who are looking for someone to come and lead their Account Management function.

The Head of Account Management will Implement short and long-term strategies for client retention and growth while ensuring that the account management team delivers quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personally responsible for managing the relationship and driving growth for several key merchant partners.
  • Working along side the technical project manager and the merchant partner support lead to drive success for the Merchant Operations team as a whole.
  • Develop long term strategies including a first in class on-boarding and retention program for this startups rapidly growing merchant base.
  • Working closely with sales and tech teams to evaluate, iterate and improve existing systems and processes.
  • Understand and develop analytics and dashboards to improve decision making.
