They are looking for a Head of Operations for their Financial Messaging service, with a heavy focus on maintaining high levels of quality and focusing on the day to day business as usual operations.
- Delight customers through delivery of high quality service
- Design processes to maximize revenue opportunities while keeping a strong focus on timeliness of service
- Manage the transition of operations to a low cost base
- Lead 3-5 year programme moving data centre to the cloud
- Initiate nearshoring project to bring operations close the the UK
- Spend time coaching, mentoring and developing the operations, development and hosting teams
- At least 5 years relevant experience , with a proven track record of driving improvements in a Blue Chip Company
- Experience communicating and influencing at a senior level
- Highly customer focused
- ITIL Qualified
