We are hiring a Head of Partnerships to join a thriving Fintech business in hyper growth mode based in NYC who are storming the world of buy now pay later. This is a huge opportunity to lead on partnerships with new and existing clients, developing senior relationships with top brands and providing long term commercial value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a lead on engaging with and developing partnerships with the likes of Shopify, Bigcommerce, magneto and agencies, as well as financial institutions.
  • Combine your commercial acumen with aptitude for providing compelling insights to senior stakeholders and providing long term value which will effectively drive revenue.
  • Full ownership of on boarding and launching new partners, including the development of partnership strategies and activation plans to deliver mutual growth.
  • Deeply immerse yourself in the world of partners, building a rich appreciation of their businesses and a detailed understanding of their objectives, opportunities and challenges.
  • The continued optimization of systems and processes for seamless on boarding, launching and stabilization of partners.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define the companies value proposition for their partners, including proof points (new &/or existing) to substantiate.
  • Create strategies to influence the adoption of POS and digital BPI (best practice integration) through partner channels, executed to a high standard.
  • Help drive the development of partner specific product enhancements and solutions.
