Head of Sales – IoT

I am currently partnered with a leading IoT and Cloud Start-Up who are looking for an accomplished Head of Sales to build and grow the IoT Sales Team.
This is a unique opportunity to join an established business and manage, build and develop your own team while driving their exciting product to new levels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT or Cloud within a start-up or SME.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and grow an international team of sales professionals.
- Responsible for execution and development of the direct sales strategy.
- Create and implement KPI’s as a tool for strategic decision making.
- Create and track accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Building and growing IoT business through leading, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
Required qualification
- Previous experience building and leading sales teams.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Experience within an IoT or Cloud environment is a huge asset.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
