Description

Manage a full spectrum of the HR function including Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, Talent Acquisition, Employee Communication and Engagement etc for approximately 50 U.S employees

Support line managers in workforce planning, manpower costing and talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the hiring plan in tandem with business requirements.
  • Execute corporate initiatives and programs locally (e.g. annual performance reviews, annual salary reviews).
  • Support the line managers in the review and identification of high potentials. Collaborate with HQ to provide employees with corporate level development opportunities. At the same time, work with line managers on local development opportunities (e.g. job rotation, special assignment) for the identified talents.
