You will be responsible for managing various areas of human resources activities, systems, programs, and functions such as employee relations, compensation, change management, talent management, organizational development, training, coaching/counselling, and recruitment. Responsible for working with Corporate HR, leaders, their direct reports, and the employee population to drive the development, recommendation, and implementation of Human Resources strategies to support success of the North America client group. This involves working with the matrixed HR team on multiple strategic projects & supporting multiple North America client groups.
