As an Incident Handler, you will make a huge impact on an expanding team, protecting a growing amount of customers that want a different approach. Although this is a technical position, you will building and managing current relationships in North America and across EMEA. You will work with them and Incident Responders to resolve current and future cyber attacks.
- Be the main point of contact for all MDR customers
- Delivering technical information about MDR alerts, TTP’s and other security topics
- Identify and scope incidents and implement security frameworks and controls.
