Description

As an Incident Handler, you will make a huge impact on an expanding team, protecting a growing amount of customers that want a different approach. Although this is a technical position, you will building and managing current relationships in North America and across EMEA. You will work with them and Incident Responders to resolve current and future cyber attacks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact for all MDR customers
  • Delivering technical information about MDR alerts, TTP’s and other security topics
  • Identify and scope incidents and implement security frameworks and controls.
