Description

Reporting to the Legal Director for EMEA responsible for the entire range of contracting needs of a large software company.  The primary responsibility will be successfully preparing for and negotiating both high value and a high volume of customer contracts in support of a large, active and demanding worldwide sales force. In addition there will be opportunity to participate in all other aspects of an internal legal group’s set of responsibilities.

Although the role has a generalist focus we would be keen to speak to qualified lawyers who have experience in the following:

  • Drafting and negotiating complex software licensing agreements
  • Worked closely with a global sales force
  • Lead and controll contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts, revenue recognition issues, IP and business law
  • Knowledge of laws across EMEA jurisdictions
  • Utilizing SalesForce.com
  • Advising on privacy/compliance issues
  • Knowledge of government procurement laws in EMEA jurisdictions
