This global carrier are looking for an SMS operations manager to ensure that all operational teams work together towards implementing and managing the new SMS business day-to-day. This role will have interfaces to Product and Sales in order to ensure the customers are happy with the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Realise a major new initiative and associate your name with its success
  • Manage a new 3rd party messaging platform
  • Get training on it while managing the 3rd party for necessary support and adaptations
  • Run and operate the global SMS service, e.g. Routing, Pricing Management, Customer Support
  • Collaborate across the global organisational spectrum, and communicating in both technical and business terms
