Our client, one of the fastest-growing payments startups in New York City are looking for a People Operations Manager to join them. we are looking for someone with experience working at a rapidly growing startup, who has a passion for people and is able to help this dynamic company craft and carry out people programs to foster employee fulfillment and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help establish the processes that underpin people development, talent management and recruitment, HR compliance, benefits and compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with individual team leaders and senior management to drive people programs – including performance management, recruitment, compensation, talent development and feedback, employee retention and internal communications.
  • Promote a culture of continual growth by supporting all employees to engage in meaningful and rewarding ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • Be one of the champions of culture and values and help build a highly enjoyable and rewarding working environment for all employees.
