Our client, a start up in the world of Open Banking, who went through their Series A funding earlier this year, are building their commercial team from the ground up and are hiring for a Revenue Operations Lead, who will have huge scope for autonomy and influence in this scaling startup.

The Revenue Operations lead will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to build the tools, systems and processes that will help accelerate their growth across all commercial functions – marketing, inside sales, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to ensure ROI on time and resource allocation
  • Establish and run metrics around deal velocity, pipeline coverage, funnel health
  • Ensure alignment based on the data between the commercial teams
  • Own and champion a single source of truth for forecasting predictable revenue
  • Prepare and present analyses as it relates to go-to-market effectiveness
  • Be a data geek and love deriving valuable insight from the commercial data points
  • Ownership of tech stack for commercial function
