Join an award-winning lead generation agency whose approach to quality is growing them an impressive and loyal client base. They are privately funded and  profitable with a reach that covers mobile / email / desktop and enables them to reach millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of the sales team – operationally and from a leadership perspective
  • Training and coaching of the team
  • Develop long-term and short-term strategies
  • Develop business through their own portfolio of agencies and direct clients
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions

Required qualification

This is a player-coach position which involves developing and leading the team as well as being a billing Director. We are looking for someone with strong experience on both sides who has an enthusiasm for joining a growing team.
