Expand Executive Search are partnered with a global leader, within Network and Endpoint security searching for Sales Engineers at all levels to join their UK team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales engineer to join a world beating team with great prospects for long term growth and development, working with some of the largest enterprise clients in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales – assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
  • Main technical resource on sales calls and answer or educate the customer and partner on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
  • Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
  • Post-sales – lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues.

Required qualification

  • 5+ years in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
  • 5+ years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
  • Strong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN
  • Broad technical skillset within Cyber-Security landscape.
