Description

Generate new revenue to meet given sales targets & manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction in order to grow sales revenues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of pre-existing clients by building strong relationships through world class customer service.
  • Grow and retain book of clients through strategic structured conversations to identify connectivity, security, cloud and other needs they have.
  • Aggressively generate and pursue sales to develop new sources of revenue from corporate/wholesale customers to meet or exceed given targets
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel on a monthly basis; Meet with at least 4 new customers per month and generate at least 4 new sales quotations per month.
  • Responsible for keeping records of current sales stage, prospect interaction and account activity in Siebel CRM system
