I am currently working with a leading SaaS customer engagement platform with a focus to build friendships.  My client’s goal is to replace the traditional customer service experience with a much more personalised and engaging conversation.  I am currently hiring for a Senior Account Executive to join their growing EMEA team!

This is an exciting time to join as they are approaching a stage of hyper-growth following a significant Series B round of funding.  Currently, my client are over 100 people strong and working across 4 global offices in a bid to connect brands and customers as friends.  This means there is plenty of opportunity for an aggressive sales hunter to hit the ground running.

This role will be part of their mid-market sales team helping to add to their already impressive customer base which includes Inerflora, Too Good to Go, allplants, and Wistia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning a sales territory which includes handling the full sales cycle
  • Influence prospecting and pipeline
  • Work closely with the go-to market team to ensure an exceptional experience for the customer
  • Develop a deep understanding of key prospect accounts
  • Build relationships with multiple key stakeholders
