I am seeking a new Senior Business Developer (and Sales Team Manager) for a highly ambitious autonomous start-up set to revolutionise the robotics and automotive industry.  You will be responsible for securing, managing and maintaining trusting relationships with both new and existing clients from making first contact to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discovery of new opportunities making use of the solutions portfolio
  • Together with the COO grow the pipeline of leads and monitor them (i.e. by setting up meetings with potential clients)
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts
  • Participate in trade shows, events and workshops with the marketing department to boost brand awareness, attract potential clients and generate new contracts
  • Manage and grow the sales team
  • Maintain in-house CRM, report and manage personal and team KPIs, build business plans to drive the business forward
  • Your main clients will be major players in the airport industry
