We have been retained by a market leading eDiscovery software provider for the hire of a Senior Proposals Manager. The Senior PM will work closely with the Head of Solutions Architecture on the design and day to day operations of the proposals team.

the successful candidate will Lead product, consulting, training, marketing, support, legal and sales teams to completely rewrite all customer facing proposal material for RFI, RFP and RFQs. Also you will manage project teams consisting of 4-15 personnel from sales, technical sales, product, training, security and legal, for direct approval from CEO and general management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposals Process Management. Lead product, consulting, training, marketing, support, legal and sales teams to completely rewrite all customer facing proposal material for RFI, RFP and RFQs. Manage project teams consisting of 4-15 personnel from sales, technical sales, product, training, security and legal, for direct approval from CEO and general management.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence – Create competitive analyses and positioning, and financial justifications for product line investment.
