The Solutions Consultant position requires a strong aptitude for client development. The SC works directly with my clients valued customers in both pre and posts sales capacities. The focus of this work is in understanding and communicating my clients unique value propositions and business opportunities. SCs must work proactively to understand my clients customers’ current business needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remain accessible, follow through on all communications, take ownership of key client concerns and align appropriate resources.
  • Communicate with key client contacts at least once a week, more where necessary. Document client contacts using Salesforce.
  • Educate the client on current offerings and solutions. Help develop new business opportunities with the client when possible.
  • Create or customize project plans, presentation agendas, technical and workflow summary documentation etc. Work from shared resources and templates as provided by the Product Ops Group and other internal teams whenever possible.
  • Work with the Product Ops, Technical Support and other relevant internal groups to update or author customer facing technical documentation or the technical content of documentation as needed or assigned.
