Key Responsibilities
  • You will drive strategic topics in close collaboration with top management
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results
  • Identify and push process improvement to support business strategies and objectives
  • Take leadership for certain topics, deliver results and handover to line-function (e.g. setup sales steering, accelerate platform development, develop vision/mission)
  • Drive interdisciplinary projects in an international context
  • Develop project plans, execute against milestones and be part of strategic decision makings
  • Moderate internal and external meetings across functional units and different management levels in a result-oriented way
