I am currently working with an industry pioneer and world leader in engineering and operation of highly customised, real-time media trading systems for publishers and advertisers who are looking for a Sales Engineer to join their NY team.

My client has more than 12 years’ experience in driving innovation within the ad exchange space and act as the “behind the scenes” player for numerous world leading businesses in order to power their media and data.

I am searching for a Technical Account Manager to join their NY based team. This role will examine product functionalities in new opportunities, complete high-level requirement gathering in the sales process, and facilitate communication between multiple internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise clients, be comfortable with both technical and commercial stakeholders, committed to client success, and enjoys conceptualising solutions. Vital to this role would be an understanding of the interaction across display, video, OTT, and the mobile landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function as the technical face of the solution in client conversation
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for solutions and offerings
  • Represent technology need across the buy side and the sell side of the AdTech ecosystem
  • Ensure technical knowledge within internal teams through training
  • Identify upsell opportunities and potential roadblocks
  • Act as a feedback loop for technology
