We are working with an incredibly dynamic, open banking scaling Fintech in London. Who are breaking boundaries with their modern technology in API and are scaling globally and are looking to hire a Technical Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success team, to deliver the technical solutions to the client and bridge the gap between departments.

Building on the high growth and success that this Open Banking business has experienced, they have exciting plans for further expansion and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • As the Technical Customer Success Manager , you will work directly with customers, prospects and internal teams to help ensure the successful adoption and growth of their customers. The role will be customer facing, from pre-sale through to post-sale. You will be the technical point of ownership and leadership for your prospects and customers, working alongside Customer Success and Sales.
  • You will be a highly organised, commercially minded and a thorough and motivated professional. You understand the importance of being a strong team player and leader when it comes to forging a solution and liaising with customers. You will also be a key partner for their product and engineering teams, bringing the voice of the customer into their product roadmap decisions.
