The primary focus of this position is to document information of a technical nature for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compose written material for product user guides, technical white papers, help systems, FAQ’s, Customer Support messaging, WIKI, and other technical sheets.
  • Generate material through investigation, examination of current products, and interviews.
  • Interface with Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Support, Sales, Training and Marketing to validate technical accuracy of written material and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Direct language usage in product user interfaces.
  • Estimate technical writing tasks for project planning.
  • Self manage tasks assigned for delivery within established project schedule.
  • Oversee written materials and user interface content, verifying deliverables for accuracy and completion within established project schedule.
